Bob Labadie
Retired Army Colonel, Bob Labadie, is the EVP of Business Development in the Veterans corporate structure. One of the three founders, Labadie brings extensive experience in military and public sector operations, and has been the driving force for developing a program that offers the Nation's military veterans an opportunity to be successful and respected business owners in their communities. Labadie undertakes the responsibilities for locating new business opportunities for Veterans Home Security USA, and oversee the marketing and advertising aspects of the franchise operations.
Fred Hanover
The President and CEO of Veterans Home Security USA, is Fred Hanover. Fred has over twenty years in the security industry, and over thirty years experience in starting and operating businesses. He currently serves as CEO of The Hanover Company, a business development consulting firm. Mr. Hanover has worked in the security industry in sales, marketing, and operations management capacities. His experience covers residential security; and commercial and industrial levels of the security industry. Fred's extensive business ownership experience and involvement in all aspects of the security industry offers the Veterans team a valuable asset for helping it's franchisees grow their businesses.
Bryan Driscoll
The final member of the founders of Veterans Home Security USA, is Bryan Driscoll, founder of Driscoll Learning, LLC. Bryan handles the duties of EVP of Operations for the corporate team, and oversees the training of the franchisees, and their staffs. Bryan is an enthusiastic young professional, widely recognized for his Driscoll Learning teaming, management, and interactive skills training programs. Bryan offers a wide range of management and individual skills training to the Veterans Home Security USA team and to military veteran franchise owners.
