The primary product of the VETERANS USA business is providing a safe and secure home for the families and households of America.  Our products and services are drawn from business relationships with the home security industry leaders, such as General Electric (GE) Security, and AlarMax Security products and supply chain operators.  VETERANS has a private labeling relationship with a variety of security industry providers, and those partnerships have been developed upon the pursuit of the best available. Does VETERANS sell products and services from other providers, such as Honeywell, or ADT?

No.  VETERANS  currently enjoys a solid private label partnership with General Electric(GE) as our primary provider for our product lines. Based upon the specific needs of the homeowner, there may be the integration of other security equipment manufacturer's products to build the specific environment the customer seeks, but the VETERANS Home Security philosophy seeks the installation of a basic wireless electronic security envelope for every household in the neighborhood.  The goal is to provide a simple electronic perimeter that provides a secure environment in every home. back to top

I have friends that have preinstalled wiring running throughout their house provides by the house builder. Does Veterans Home Security also provide hard-wired security equipment?

The simple answer is yes. VETERANS provides wireless products for installation in existing homes with no preinstalled wiring to reduce installation costs and ease the installation process. However, we also provide hard-wired security equipment to be installed during construction phases of the home. back to top

These fees are considered very reasonable under the industry standards for a "low cost franchise". What exactly does "veteran" mean in this instance?

VETERANS Home Security franchisees will be honorably discharged military veterans of the US Armed Forces; active Reservists and National Guard members; or active members of the United States Armed Forces that may be preparing to leave active service due to normal separation, retirement, or other considerations. What does a VETERANS "franchise territory" mean?

Each of our VETERANS franchisees owns the exclusive rights to provide VETERANS products and services in their respective territory. Territories are largely based upon county segments, unless demographics and population density dictates otherwise.  In most cases, a single county is the territory, offered for a low franchise fee of $25,000 and an industry standard “per unit” fee for the households estimated in that territory.  As a minimum, a VETERANS franchise territory is comprised at least one county containing a minimum of 25,000 households. back to top
